Not every day can be closed on time, and a day that cannot be planted is shown rather than hidden. It stays open until a batch closes it.
Frozen ground and dormant stock make some days physically unplantable. That is not a missed commitment being written off — the day stays visibly open on the ledger, and the capacity minted against it stays counted until a batch closes it.
